DMart Q2 Results: Profit Rises 8.5% to ₹743 Crore

DMart Net Profit Reaches ₹742.98 Crore

According to the figures provided, Avenue Supermarts recorded a consolidated net profit of ₹742.98 crore in the second quarter of FY27. This represents an increase of 8.5% compared with the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The company had reported a net profit of ₹684.85 crore in the July–September quarter of FY26.

Operating Revenue Increases 17.8%

DMart’s revenue from operations rose 17.8% year-on-year to ₹19,644 crore during the September quarter. In the corresponding period last year, the company reported operating revenue of ₹16,676.30 crore.

However, total expenses also increased during the quarter. The company’s expenses rose 18.3% to ₹18,632.70 crore, reflecting an increase in operating costs.

DMart Reports Growth in Total Income

Avenue Supermarts recorded total income of ₹19,657.54 crore in the September quarter, representing a 17.73% year-on-year increase.

For the first half of FY27, covering April to September, the company’s total income grew 16.47% to ₹38,477.85 crore.

These figures provide an overview of the company’s financial performance. Investors may also examine profit margins, operating expenses, store expansion, and comparable-store sales to understand the broader business trends.

DMart Share Price Performance

According to the supplied report, DMart shares closed at ₹3,521 on Friday. The stock had declined by approximately 18.50% over the preceding year.
