According to Hitesh Tailor, technical research analyst at Choice Broking, HFCL remains in a broader uptrend and continues to show a Higher High–Higher Low (HH-HL) structure on the daily chart.
The stock recently formed a Double Top near the ₹255–₹256 resistance area before experiencing a technical correction. According to the analyst, the decline attracted buying interest around the 0.618 to 0.79 Fibonacci retracement zone, which also aligned closely with the 100-day EMA.
HFCL subsequently formed a Daily Bullish Engulfing candle, suggesting renewed buying interest at lower levels. Trading volumes also increased during the recovery.
The analyst noted that the RSI was around 58.76, indicating improving bullish momentum.
